Required Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree and Minimum of 2 years of work experience In Operations Management or Construction Management or Learning & Development or related or Associate's Degree and Minimum of 4 years of work experience In Operations Management or Construction Management or Learning & Development or related or High School Diploma/GED and Minimum of 5 years of work experience In Operations Management or Construction Management or Learning & Development or related Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree Business Management or related. and Minimum of 2 years of work experience In Operations Management or Construction Management or Learning & Development or related Relevant Work Experience Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, must be a 'Self-Starter', have strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Required Ability to review union workforce training for promotional guideline process. Preferred Ability to run various reports from eTrain for course availability Preferred Ability to process ITS Gas Qualification courses for certification Preferred Skills and Abilities Strong verbal communication and listening skills Ability to build strong customer relationships Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities Highly thorough and dependable Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments Demonstrates a high commitment to quality Possesses strong technical aptitude Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. Licenses and Certifications Driver's License Required Physical Demands Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday Additional Physical Demands Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
