SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise business globally. With 40 open locations and over 300 licenses sold, SweatHouz is accelerating the world’s adoption of contrast therapy through private suite experiences, harnessing the power of infrared sauna and cold plunge!
Traction Group, the company behind the growth of multiple health and wellness brands, is seeking a Studio Manager to lead one of our SweatHouz locations and play a key role in our local and national expansion.
Job Summary
As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of a SweatHouz studio’s performance. This includes driving revenue, managing sales, ensuring operational excellence, elevating the customer experience, and making a positive community impact.
The ideal candidate is a sales-driven leader with strong customer service and team management skills. You thrive in a high-energy, high-demand role where you can coach and inspire a team, hit ambitious goals, and help grow the SweatHouz brand.
