Job Description

BlockTal is partnered with a cutting-edge AI research company pushing the boundaries of distributed systems and large-scale AI infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize scalable architectures that will power next-generation AI models.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and optimize high-performance distributed computing systems for AI workloads
• Comfortable with the full software lifecycle including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design and implement fault-tolerant, scalable infrastructure to support deep learning research
• Work closely with AI/ML researchers to enhance model training efficiency and deployment

Does This Sound Like You?

• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems for high-performance computing
• Expertise in Rust, C++, or Python for performance-critical applications
• Strong understanding of GPU/accelerator architectures and networking for ML workloads
• Experience with crypto/blockchain frameworks, decentralized consensus algorithms, or large-scale ML pipelines is a plus
