As a successful Roofing Project Manager you will:
- Have a track record of managing projects successfully with an entrepreneurial approach to making it happen
- Move quickly from project to project, keeping a good grasp of the details without losing perspective of the 'big picture'
- Enjoy handling multiple projects in various stages of completion, easily moving from project to project - handling submittals, meetings/minutes, scope, billings and costs control, quality, safety and close-out
- Have a high sense of urgency to address and resolve challenges that arise over the course of a project
- Build strong customer and subcontractor relationships
- Have experience in construction industry, with some knowledge of estimating, scheduling and field operations
- Manage projects to beat the schedule and enhance the return for the customer and the company

Our ideal Roofing Project Manager candidate will have:
- 5 to 10 years of construction-related industry experience; weatherproofing/waterproofing and rehab/restoration or building envelope experience preferred
- Excellent communications skills and customer service experience; business development skills and experience a plus
- Strong understanding of project financial management
- Scope development and estimating / pricing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
