About SafelyYou

SafelyYou’s passionate mission is to empower safer, more person-centered care across senior living through world-leading AI, industry-changing hardware, and remote expert clinicians, significantly improving outcomes for residents while increasing peace of mind for families and reducing costs for communities.

Originating in 2015 as the doctoral research of CEO George Netscher—and inspired by his own family's experience with Alzheimer's disease—SafelyYou was spun out of UC Berkeley’s Artificial Intelligence Research Lab, one of the top five AI research groups in the world. And today, our company is solving critical challenges in senior living, from resident falls and ER visits to staffing concerns, length of stay, and NOI. All helping ensure that communities can focus on improved care for residents while still reaching their financial goals.

SafelyYou is one of five most innovative fall technologies referenced in the Senate Falls Report (2019), a winner of the McKnight’s Tech Partner of the Year, and has been named to Fortune’s Impact 20 list, which recognizes companies making people’s lives better through innovation.

Your Role at SafelyYou

SafelyYou is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Revenue Operations Manager to support and scale systems and processes across all revenue-generating functions as the company grows.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations, helping to streamline operations, improve data integrity, and enhance decision-making through thoughtful analysis and system optimization. While Sales and Marketing teams will have their own Salesforce admins leading many initiatives, you will play a key supporting role, offering insights, identifying gaps, and at times owning execution of cross-functional improvements.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, enjoys data analysis, and wants to contribute to building scalable infrastructure that enables growth and collaboration across departments. Your focus will be on how our processes intersect across teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Alignment

  • Support initiatives to align sales and marketing operations to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth
  • Work with both teams to improve data sharing, lead flow processes, and performance tracking
  • Analyze and report on lead conversion rates, sales cycles, and marketing campaign effectiveness

Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Support the set up, maintenance, and optimization of CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics (e.g. MQLs, SQLs, pipeline stages, revenue forecasting, churn, etc.)
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights into revenue trends, pipeline health, and customer behavior

Sales Process Optimization

  • Continuously evaluate, optimize, and document sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing
  • Implement automation and system enhancements to reduce manual work and increase sales efficiency
  • Work with sales leadership to ensure proper sales methodology and performance management

Forecasting and Pipeline Management

  • Support the creation of accurate and data-driven revenue forecasts by providing insights into pipeline velocity, deal stage progression, and sales team performance
  • Assist in setting and tracking sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and identify areas for improvement in deal flow and conversion

CARR to ARR Conversion

  • Lead efforts to convert Contracted Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR) to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of recurring revenue across the organization
  • Analyze new and existing contracts to ensure CARR is properly calculated and segmented into ARR, accounting for both new business and renewals
  • Work cross-functionally with finance and customer success to ensure correct reporting of ARR and timely updates to ARR forecasts
  • Implement systems and processes to track CARR-to-ARR conversion at both a cohort and aggregate level to drive data-driven insights and operational improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to identify opportunities for improving customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Work with finance and operations to ensure smooth integration between revenue operations and financial systems
  • Ensure alignment across the organization on key KPIs and business objectives

Systems and Tools Management

  • Manage and optimize all revenue operations-related tools, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and others
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technology to improve operational efficiency and scalability
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in revenue operations

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels and post-sale customer journey
  • Experience in managing CARR to ARR conversion
  • Exceptional data analysis skills; experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, and BI tools preferred
  • Experience documenting and improving operational processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a startup mentality
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Passionate about our mission and our technology
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive about anticipating and addressing issues before they arise
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrated ability to wear many hats, manage ambiguity, and apply problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote and independent environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships
  • Comfortable with G Suite, Office 360, HubSpot and Slack
  • Willingness to travel up to 4-6 times per year
