The Python Developer will be responsible for translating product requirements into technical solutions, developing scalable and high-availability services, and contributing to the modernization of payment processing systems. The role involves working with cloud technologies, databases, and distributed systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Python Developer Junior and mid level (Full time role)

• Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain highly available, scalable production services.
• Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable Python code impacting millions of users.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong technical culture.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure best practices.
• Gain domain expertise in payment processing systems.
• Collaborate with project leads, product managers, and developers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python.
• Experience with self-testing code (unit tests) and system development.
• Understanding of database and cloud technologies.
• Ability to design resilient software components for distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB).

• Emerging ability to lead and influence technical decisions.
• Experience with system software migration (C, PHP to Python).
• Knowledge of payment processing systems is a plus.
