Evaluate & Recommend

• Visit residential and commercial properties to assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Answer questions clearly and show how our solutions solve real problems.

Show & Tell

• Deliver engaging presentations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Highlight the unique benefits of our roofing services and what sets us apart.

Build Trust

• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, insurance adjusters, and inspectors.
• Serve as a dependable resource, ensuring happy clients and repeat business.

Negotiate & Win

• Close deals, hit monthly and quarterly targets, and fuel the company’s growth.

Stay Informed

• Keep up with industry trends, competitor moves, and market changes.
• Share your insights so we can keep improving and offering the best solutions.

What You Need

• Outside sales experience (preferably roofing or construction).
• Comfort with climbing ladders and walking on roofs 10–40 feet high.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• A self-driven approach, but also a team player.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Roofing knowledge is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
