Job Description Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment. Rebuild looms needed for repairs Make changes such as kit changes for number of spaces Rebuild loom as needed for pattern or style changes Make necessary adjustments or repairs to start-up new patterns to ensure quality Assist other fixers as needed for major breakdowns Fill in for fixer as needed Help maintain housekeeping All other duties assigned Required Experience High School Diploma or GED Must be to read and write and be mechanically inclined. Must be able to weave Must have communication good skills Must be knowledgeable of looms, able to prioritize jobs needing attention. Must be efficient and effective Must be able to lift packages of yarn overhead.
