What You’ll Do

• Lead all leasing and management activities to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Foster positive relationships with current residents to ensure retention.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on leasing performance.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and build strong, lasting relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Knowledge of local leasing laws and fair housing regulations.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
