After successfully completing training, you will receive travel leads and have the chance to join CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), enhancing your professional credentials and network.

Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and passionate independent travel agents to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel, providing excellent customer service, and managing all aspects of their travel itineraries. After successfully completing our training program, you will receive travel leads and have the opportunity to grow your own portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently to assist clients with their travel needs, including planning, booking, and organizing itineraries.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel packages.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction.
• Leverage travel leads provided by the company to generate new business.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel deals, and promotions to offer the best possible options to clients.
• Complete company-provided training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge to succeed.
• Have the ability to obtain a CLIA membership, enhancing your travel expertise and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated, independent, and highly organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for travel and helping others.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and tools is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and using technology for communication and bookings.
• Must have access to a computer, phone, and internet connection.
