On pace to have over 200 locations open by the end of 2025, Scenthound is establishing itself as the preeminent solution for routine and preventive dog care.

POSITION SUMMARY:
A Franchise Business Coach is the main point of contact for franchisees in their region. The FBCs coaching and support focuses on three primary functions: pre-opening and Scenter development support; post-opening support and coaching focused on operational stability and profitability; and adherence to Scenthound Brand Standards. This position reports to the Director of Franchise Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and track compliance with multi-unit development agreement schedules and contract required opening dates.
  • Provide weekly support and management of Scenter pre-opening projects, with a focus on timely completion of project milestones, training resources, hiring, membership pre-sale, and adherence to Brand Standards.
  • Travel to all Scenter openings within region to provide onsite support and training in preparation for Friend and Family and Grand Opening of Scenter.
  • Be the main point of contact for all Franchise Partner support needs.
  • Monitor, review, and coach Franchise Partners on business metrics, key performance indicators, and profit and loss analysis. Provide coaching to achieve operational stability and profitability using metrics and relevant KPIs.
  • Serve as advocate for Franchise Partners by providing feedback, recommending process-improvements, and identifying system-wide opportunities to Scenthound Scentral teams.
  • Conduct regular Operations Performance Check and create action plans based on outcome.
  • Verify Franchise Partner compliance with all Scenthound Brand Standards through monthly and quarterly promotions, operational standards, and system-wide changes.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years in previous Franchise Business Coaching role or similar experience
  • Experience with driving revenue through memberships
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Strong relationship / people management and coaching skills
  • Ability to create and implement strategic changes and processes for internal and external use
  • Travel required up to 50%
