Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing financial operations and managing a team of 5+ finance professionals. This position requires a strong background in finance and accounting, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a finance team of 5+ professionals, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures to maintain financial health.
• Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies and optimize profitability.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory financial requirements.
• Implement best practices in financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industries.
• Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

Work Arrangement:

• On-site, 5 days per week at the client’s location.
