Temporary-to-hire opportunity in the heart of Northridge.
3+ years experience in a traditional Admin Assistant position. Solid Administrative skills including: excellent grammar, spelling, fast typing, and helpful, engaging phone manner, Small office experience beneficial. Position works with other businesses. Stable work history (2 or more years at each job worked) is necessary. Experience working with Human Resources, Payroll, or Work Compensation desired.
Excel and Outlook high proficiency including using Task function in Outlook, and Excel formulas. Research information to assist businesses with HR/Payroll related questions. Position has a large amount of data tracking on spreadsheets. Record/file upkeep and maintenance, mail processing, scanning, filing, and other office tasks. This is a "think on your feet, be adaptable type role."
High school diploma or GED required. College courses preferred.
$23-$24/hr, M-F 8:30am-5pm
