Job Description

Deliver management strategies related to mergers, acquisitions,integrations, and separations for clients, including those in the consumer andcommercial lending market. Act as a key business advisor on corporate strategyand transactions. Help lead business development initiatives focused onBusiness Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Performance Improvement. Leadcross-functional teams in developing and implementing services, managing keyclient engagements, leading workshops, and conducting industry research.Oversee the development and publishment of pieces of thought leadership tobuild the reputation of the practice and attract prospective clients.Coordinate practice-building activities, such as Learning and Development(trainings), recruiting, diversity & inclusion activities. Oversee thedevelopment and presentation of final project deliverables. Assure work qualityand develop staff. Make key engagement decisions regarding work plan,timelines, project management, resource allocation, and career development ofstaff members. Support business development and practice administration.Provide oversight of highly skilled KPMG work teams throughout the transactionlifecycle, and serve as the primary team interface with various levels ofexecutives.

WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hoursper week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree orforeign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Management InformationSystems, Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related workexperience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in BusinessAdministration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or arelated field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related workexperience.

Of the required experience, musthave 3 years of experience with the following: Developing and implementingmerger, acquisition, integration, and separation solutions within a consultingadvisory firm; Identifying possible performance transformation opportunitiesresulting from implementation work; Consumer and commercial business strategytransformation; Digital business and operating models; Digital technologyarchitecture; and Strategic growth in 1 of the following areas: Consumer andcommercial lending business model and technology disruption, Digitaltransformation, Fintech proliferation, Customer experience, or Data andanalytics.

Of the required experience, musthave experience managing at least 2 initiatives within the complete M&Alifecycle.

Travel to various locationsthroughout the US required up to 40%.

Travel to various internationallocations required up to 20%.

SALARY : $195,000 - $315,000 per year
