This role involves reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and supporting program eligibility processes. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, maintain, and review applications in the program application and benefit processing platforms.
• Process application updates and verify supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with eligibility requirements and program policies.
• Communicate with applicants to resolve disputes and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet program goals and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other desktop applications .
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends .
