Rise'n roll bakery is seeking a to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.
Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
2.
Reporting: Create detailed reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
3.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
4.
Database Management: Design, maintain, and optimize databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
5.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
6. Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations for business improvements
Requirements
Qualifications:
1.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
2.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and provide insights.
3.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey data findings clearly.
4.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
5.
Educational Background: A degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
6. Experience: Previous experience in data analysis or a related field is often preferred
