Key Responsibilities:
As the Civilian Portfolio Growth & Strategy Lead, you will:
  • Define and Drive Growth Strategy: Create and execute a bold, forward-thinking growth strategy for Civilian agencies, with a focus on capturing net new business and securing transformational, high-value deals.
  • Win Large, Complex Deals: Shape and lead campaigns for the portfolio's most critical opportunities, developing innovative solutions, differentiated capture tactics, and competitive win strategies.
  • Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions: Leverage deep industry insights to craft tailored solutions that integrate technologies, delivery models, pricing strategies, and incentives, balancing risk and reward for long-term success.
  • Inspire and Empower Talent: Foster a culture of growth within the portfolio team by mentoring emerging leaders, empowering sales teams, and enabling individual and collective success.
  • Shape the Future of Client Relationships: Build trusted relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers, positioning the portfolio to meet evolving government needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence : Drive disciplined execution of capture strategies and proposal processes while ensuring compliance with corporate, client, and Federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate Across Ecosystems: Partner with internal stakeholders, teaming partners, and subject matter experts to align resources and deliver innovative, winning solutions.
What You Bring:
We're looking for a proven leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is energized by the opportunity to lead large-scale Federal engagements.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Deep Industry Expertise:
    • 10+ years of experience in Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions within Federal markets.
    • Extensive knowledge of Federal acquisition processes, procedures, and laws, as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Proven Track Record of Growth:
    • Demonstrated success driving growth and selling transformational solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, digital services, AI solutions, and mobile technologies.
  • Strategic Vision and Execution:
    • Experience conceptualizing, planning, and delivering innovative solutions for government entities, with a strong ability to balance client needs with organizational goals .
  • Leadership Excellence:
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a history of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Executive Presence and Relationship-Building:
    • Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
    • US Citizenship.
    • Residence in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$212,500-$325,000 USD
