Role and Responsibilities The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) reports directly to the CEO, overseeing all marketing initiatives. The CMO implements processes that enhance market visibility and is responsible for defining the company’s branding and marketing, digital marketing, and customer relations strategies to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's business goals. Responsibilities: Oversees Marketing Strategy and Execution Manages Brand Positioning and Identity Oversees Digital Marketing Strategy (DMS) and Digital Marketing Channels (DMC) Leads Public Relations (PR) and Media Strategy Develops and Implements Marketing Campaigns Enhances Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Oversees Market Research and Consumer Insights Drives Social Media Marketing and Engagement Manages Marketing Budget and Financial Performance Leads Marketing Team Development Manages External Marketing Agencies and Partnerships Implements Marketing Technology and Automation Tools Qualifications Minimum 5 years of senior-level marketing leadership experience, ideally in high-growth consumer service or home improvement industries. Proven ability to create and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Experience managing cross-channel marketing, including digital, brand, social media, and PR, with measurable success. Deep understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity creation. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign performance. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence across departments. Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and driving efficient spend. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software (Salesforce experience a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving priorities. Passion for customer-centric marketing and a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities.
