About the Role:

Pavitra Organic Day Spa in McKinney, TX is seeking a dedicated and organized assistant spa manager to join our team. In this role you will support the spa manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the spa
• Supervise and train spa staff
• Ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Oversee inventory and ordering of spa supplies
• Assist in creating and implementing promotional events and marketing strategies
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality management role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
