Ready for an exciting journey with a dynamic team? We're looking for a skilled Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to join our Phoenix, Arizona maintenance crew. This position offers a competitive salary of $37.00 to $41.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with matching, and more - effective after a 90-day probation period.

Job Summary: As an A&P Mechanic, you'll ensure our aircraft fleet remains airworthy. Your duties include carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, detailed inspections, and repairs, all while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure top-notch maintenance and safety.
• Communicate clearly and proficiently within the team.
• Interpret and apply technical data accurately.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an Airframe & Powerplant license.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent General Aviation experience as a certificated A&P.
• Experience with Piper aircraft and G1000 avionics is preferred.
• Proficiency in making airworthiness decisions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Equipment & Safety:

• Proficient in using general office and shop equipment.
• Comfortable working with various tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse environments.
• Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
